Cuomo admin ordered homes for disabled to accept coronavirus patients & never reversed it

This report zeroes in on another controversial directive issued by Governor Cuomo to deliberately put another vulnerable population at risk of exposure to coronavirus infections in their group homes. Issued on 10 April 2020, this directive is still in effect. There have been 552 deaths of disabled residents attributed to COVID-19 at these facilities.
