- Cuomo impeachable? He thinks question is moot
-
While New York politicians are considering what power they have to impeach Governor Andrew Cuomo, Governor Cuomo is denying he has done anything that would justify his removal from office.
The governor, however, continued to insist on Monday he did nothing wrong amid calls from prominent Democrats in New York that he resign from the office he's held since 2011.
"It's simpler than that," Cuomo said on Monday during a news conference in New York City. "I didn't do anything wrong, period."
One might ask Governor Cuomo "do you really believe that's true?" Then follow up with questions like "why all the cover-ups then?" Or "how many fewer elderly New Yorkers would be dead without your deadly directive?" Or "why hide the deaths data and lie to members of your own political party about it?" Or "why not make your book contract public?" Or "are all nine women who allege you sexually harassed them liars?" Etc.
